What is your return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. We offer full refunds on unused, resalable products returned in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Returns Process:
- Email hello@aussierodholders.com with your order number to initiate the return.
- Send the item back within 14 days of receipt (tracked shipping recommended).
- Upon inspection, you will receive an update within 3-5 business days.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval.
Where do you ship to?
Currently we ship to Australia and New Zealand.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times are per Australia Post guidelines.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

How much do the Aussie Rod Holders weigh?
The ARH Pro weighs in at 1.5kgs and the ARH Lite weighs 1.3kgs. The ARH Pro XL is 1.85kgs and the ARH Lite XL is 1.65kgs.
How do I care for my ARH?
Give your ARH a quick rinse after use to clear out any sand and salt. If being stored for an extended period of time, we recommend disconnecting the foot peg and drinks holder on the AHR Pro and ARH Pro XL.
Can I carry it easily?
Yes! Your ARH can be disassembled with a single pin, and also comes with a carry bag to keep your hands free!

Our products are made in Brisbane, Australia from local and internationally sourced parts.
