Refund policy

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. We offer full refunds on unused, resalable products returned in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Returns Process:

• Email hello@aussierodholders.com with your order number to initiate the return.
• Send the item back within 14 days of receipt (tracked shipping recommended).
• Upon inspection, you will receive an update within 3-5 business days.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval.
